I awoke to this yesterday...

[Cut to a video of a sword being drawn from its sheath, with a clean shhhhhhk. Meryl holds it up to his eyes, turning it slowly. These houses on Gohl Avenue...they're mostly unsalvageable, but one of them appears both empty and almost habitable, after the monsters leave.
